Meeting Room/L2 Listing Request

RAILS member libraries are invited to use this form to request the use of a RAILS meeting room, or to list continuing education events or networking group meetings (including local or special interest groups) on the Library Learning (L2) calendar.

To be publicly listed in L2, an event must be open to all RAILS member library staff, though the organizing group may charge a fee. Submitted events are subject to RAILS review before being added to the L2 calendar.

RAILS is not able to make meeting arrangements for events held at member libraries or other sites not operated by RAILS. If you are not requesting a RAILS meeting room, please be sure to secure a host location before seeking an L2 listing for an event.

If you are requesting a RAILS meeting room, please read our Guidelines for the Use of RAILS Facilities for Member-Initiated Meetings before submitting your request. Note: The RAILS Wheeling Service Center is not available for any events happening after January 31, 2013.
