Responsibilities for this position include greeting patrons and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment, registering patrons for library cards and assisting with patron records, checking materials in and out, providing basic reference and readers' advisory assistance, helping patrons with various forms of technology, promoting library services, managing meeting and study room reservations, shelving materials and maintaining shelf order in assigned areas, and serving in a rotation as a Person in Charge.

Bachelor's degree or LTA
Demonstrated interest and skill in serving older adults and/or school aged children, a plus
Previous experience in a customer service position or library position is preferred
